Terms of Service

These terms describe use of Keyword Research Assistant, operated by Zach Keen of Keen Digital. Contact: zach@keendigital.ca.

Service and availability

Keyword Research Assistant is a private keyword research integration in development. The account connection is not currently available. Once enabled, it is intended to retrieve keyword ideas and planning metrics through the Google Ads API and return requested results to ChatGPT. Functionality depends on Google API access, account eligibility, service availability, and applicable usage limits.

Authorized use

Only the authorized operator may use the private integration. Connect only accounts you are permitted to access, and use research results in accordance with applicable Google, OpenAI, and other service terms. Do not use the tool to bypass access controls or quotas, disclose credentials, or access another person's account without authorization.

Research estimates

Keyword metrics are estimates and may be grouped, rounded, unavailable, or delayed. Bid estimates and search volumes do not guarantee campaign outcomes. Review outputs and any AI-generated interpretation before making advertising decisions. The tool does not offer campaign, budget, billing, or ad editing functions.

Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains intended data handling, sharing, and retention. Google and OpenAI provide separate services subject to their own terms and account settings. This tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.

Changes and ending access

The operator may change, pause, or discontinue the private tool. A connection may be removed at any time, and user OAuth access may be revoked in Google Account permissions. Existing conversations and exported files must be managed in the services where they are retained.

Limitations

The tool is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, service interruptions, or unauthorized use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
