Privacy Policy

Current status

The integration is in development. This informational website has no Google sign-in, research form, or active account connection. It does not currently collect Google Ads account data or authorization tokens. The sections below describe the intended data practices when the private integration is enabled; this policy will be updated if the implementation changes.

Data accessed and purpose

When enabled, the tool will use authorized access to an eligible Google Ads account to request keyword planning data. It will process the account identifier, authorization credentials, seed keywords or website addresses, location and language settings, and resulting keyword suggestions, estimated search volumes, trends, advertiser competition, and bid estimates. These data will be used to authenticate requests, perform keyword research, and return requested results. The tool is not intended to access customer lists, payment details, conversion-level personal records, or unrelated account content.

Google authorization

Authorization will use Google's supported authentication methods. The tool will not ask for or store the operator's Google password. Any authorization credentials retained for an active connection will be stored server-side with restricted access and will not be included in tool responses or sent to ChatGPT.

Sharing and service providers

Research inputs are sent to Google to fulfill API requests. Requested research results and their targeting context are passed to OpenAI's ChatGPT when the operator invokes the connected tool. Cloudflare hosts this informational website and may process technical request data, including IP addresses, under its own privacy practices. A backend hosting provider may process connection and request data to operate the integration; its identity and any additional practices will be disclosed here before the integration is enabled. Data submitted to Google or OpenAI is also governed by the operator's applicable account settings and those providers' terms and privacy policies.

Storage and retention

This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies or include third-party tracking scripts. Hosting providers may retain technical logs according to their policies. The planned integration will keep authorization credentials only while needed for the active connection and will remove its stored credentials when the connection is removed. Research results are intended to be processed for the request rather than kept in a separate permanent research database. Results retained in ChatGPT conversations or operator-created exports remain subject to those services' retention settings. Any caching or backend logging added during implementation will be disclosed before use.

Limited use and security

Google user data will be used only to provide the disclosed research functionality. It will not be sold, used for advertising, or used by this tool to train a generalized AI model. The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. Access to the integration will be restricted to the authorized operator. Security safeguards reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

Control, deletion, and contact

The operator can disconnect the integration and, for user OAuth authorization, revoke its access through Google Account permissions. Revoking access does not delete existing ChatGPT conversations or exported files; those must be managed separately. Requests about access, correction, deletion, or this policy can be sent to zach@keendigital.ca.
